the musical dreamscapes of en voice

en voice, founded in 2002 in frankfurt am main, combines harmonic melodies from ambient and chillout with the grooves of downbeat and pop as well as a touch of melancholy to create a varied style in the genre of electronic music.

in 2005, the debut album „inclination for composure“ was released on cd. a year later, the second album „hall of dreams“ followed in 2006, also on cd. the songs from both albums were also released on various compilations. in 2011, both albums were digitally re-released by the label dreamzone music.

In december 2024, en voice announced the comeback with the ep ‘route du soleil’. with ‘route du soleil’, en voice has opened a new chapter musically.

the inspiration for the ep’s title track was written while travelling down under, during a sunrise in katherine george. the tracks are a little livelier and in part have a more upbeat character, but they remain true to the spherical and dreamy style of en voice. the electronic sounds of en voice invite you to explore your thoughts on a wonderful journey of discovery.

between 2016 and 2024, en voice achieved several itunes chart placements, the highlights of which included:

in 2017, en voice reached #9 on the itunes top 200 electronic charts with the track ‘rising’. this was followed in 2018 by #10 in the itunes sweden electronic charts with the track ‘hall of dreams’. in 2023 en voice reached #5 on the itunes sweden electronic charts with ‘dreamland’. the track „atlantis city“ reached #6 on the itunes hong kong electronic chart. the track „playground“ also reached 2024 #14 on the itunes norway electronic charts after 20 years since its release.

en voice’s music has been played over 8 million times on streaming platforms. in december 2024 en voice was listed by chartmetric in the top 25 ‘german instrumental artist in the world’. in march 2025, en voice reached this ranking again.
